About Alchemer
Alchemer is a survey platform for teams doing research properly, and its published plans are aimed at groups of one to three people, with anything larger routed to a quote. The capability rises steeply across those three tiers: the entry plan is simple polls and surveys, while the ones above add scripting, advanced question types and statistical analysis.
Pricing is per user and per month, and the annual commitment is not a small discount. The entry tier is fifty-five dollars a user each month, or three hundred and fifteen for the year, which is roughly half. The gap widens further up the range. Anyone comparing this against a flat monthly figure elsewhere should be careful which of the two numbers they are holding.
The cost is who that published range is for. The middle and upper plans are capped at three users, so a fourth person is not an upgrade within the published range but a conversation with sales. Appearance is respectable and branding controls arrive at the middle tier rather than the entry one.
