About Qualtrics

Qualtrics sits at the far end of this directory from anything a small business signs up for between other jobs. It is an experience management platform, and surveys are one instrument inside it, alongside analysis that goes considerably further than counting answers.

The capability is genuinely deep. Question types cover the constructs academic and commercial researchers actually use, logic can carry a respondent through a properly complex instrument, and the analysis layer is the reason organisations buy it rather than a cheaper tool that also asks questions. What happens after submit is the point of the platform rather than a feature of it.

The reason its value score is where it is has nothing to do with quality. There is no price anywhere on the pricing page. Every route ends in a request for a quote, so the cost cannot be established at all without talking to a salesperson first, and affordability is unknowable until then. That is a real cost to somebody making a shortlist, and it is what this dimension measures. Whether the eventual number is good value is not something this directory can tell you.
