That single decision is most of its value for money, and the ease of building follows from having nothing to calculate before you start.
What the free plan withholds is what you do with the answers afterwards. Exporting results, filtering them and changing chart types are Pro features, so a free survey collects everything and then asks you to read it inside the product. That is a coherent way to split a product and worth knowing before the responses arrive rather than after.
The cost arrives when the answers matter more than the asking. Pro is twenty dollars a month or a hundred and eighty for the year, and adds the exports along with control over fonts and styling. Enterprise is a flat yearly figure above that. The result is a tool that suits somebody who needs to ask a lot of people a few questions and does not need the answers to leave the platform, and gets more expensive precisely when analysis matters.
