involve.me starts from a different question than the rest of this directory: not what did the respondent tell you, but how good a lead are they.
That produces quizzes and calculators rather than field lists, with answer scoring, branching to different outcomes, built-in email automation and a small contact database attached. Thirty or more integrations extend it, and the first paid plan at $29 a month billed annually covers three live funnels and one user.
The cost is the fit. Charged per funnel and per user — extra seats are $10 a month each — it is expensive for anyone who simply wants a contact form, and its own positioning is marketing funnels rather than data collection. Several ordinary form jobs would be done more cheaply and more simply elsewhere.
