Ninja Forms splits its product cleanly in two: a free drag-and-drop core with no site limit, and a catalogue of add-ons that supply everything else.

The core covers building, submission management, templates, success messages, redirects and compliance tooling, on unlimited sites and with free support. The paid tiers are counted in add-ons: sixteen at the entry step, twenty-eight above it, and the whole catalogue at the top. That is a clear way to price and an awkward way to shop.

The cost is how much sits outside the core. Conditional logic, calculations, payments and file uploads are all add-on territory, so the free version is genuinely free and genuinely limited, and the tier you actually need depends on a list you have to read carefully rather than a capability you can name.
